Low sound on cable

Some channels are loud others are very very low and still cant be heard when i turn the sound to 100. How can i fix this

It is the issue with the cable provider's end. Ask him to fix it and he will.
The reason that I can understand is the fact that cable providers get channels from different providers which is why the quality varies!
