Hi! I recently bought and unboxed my new Toshiba laptop. It's a refurbished Satellite. Within 2 hours of its use a thin pink line comes across the lower third of the screen and that third of the screen starts to glitch (kind of like it's moving up and down really fast). The pink line isn't always visible, but the glitching is. I've updated both my hardware and software drivers, tried to upgrade the screen refresh rate (but the only option is 60 Hz), and restart in safe mode, but still nothing. I doubt that it's anything that's snapped, considering that when it all started I was just sitting at a desk doing a test.
Is there a way to fix this issue or will I need to get a refund?
