lumia 620 or samsung galaxy s advance

Hi,
this will be my first touchscreen smartphone.Which would be better among the above two?My criterion's are-
1.good build quality
2.solid call clarity
3.decent multimedia
4.good screen quality n sunlight legibility of screen
5.Ease of use(I use win 8 pro in home and find it easy to navigate,is WP8 the same..)

both of them are almost same for the points you mentioned... but the thing is after you start using the phones frequently and install a few apps the advance will slow down. The wp8 will not.

IMO, that is an important factor.
