So here is myproblem. I have an early 2014 macbook air 13inch I5/4gb ram/128gb ssd version, According to most of the sites I visited the battery is around 7000mah normaly, but mine is just 5960mah or something around that. I only have 56 cycles on the battery and I only had it since september.
why is this? Can I fix it somehow? Is there a way to stop further decreasing?

Batteries will die, I owned a 2012 air and as long as you get 6-7 hours on battery you should be fine. It could be the software reading it wrong, I believe you can do a SMC reset by holding a set of keys on startup. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

Thank you for your answer. well, then I guess I just don't look at the battery monitor anymore. It gets awesome battery life tho, it's just depressing that the battery in an expensive device like this degrades that fast. Apple never was that good with batteries imo, the battery in my Ipod was also bad(percentage went up and down all the time). btw I usually look after my batteries, try to charge full cycles without unpluging and not just 5% ect ect.
