I'm not a Mac man but it looks a bit poor. I wonder what your local Apple Store would make of it.

Worth a visit. Maybe I'll go there next time I'm in town. It's definitely a Warranty issue.

How old is your MacBook? Over the years the battery will deteriorate, even under normal use. If it's still under apple care/warranty then definitely do take it to your local apple store and get them to check it out.
