I have a computer here at work seems its infected by some sort of mail bot mailing out adverts to Viagra i noticed this when it mail itself a copy to our mailbox.

I have tried just about every major av and anti-spyware out there 30 in all and nothing can be found?.

anyone know of any specialized software to do this?.

I tried looking for hidden processes using a few apps but i don't see anything hiding ie. prob a new rootkit+worm.
