mailbird -- how to cancel automatically renewing subscription

I bought a yearly subscription to mailbird, a desktop email client.
It renews automatically
problem is -- how to cancel the automatic renewal?
they don't have a site where you can manage your membership
I sent them three messages about cancellation, and they don't respond.
what to do?

okay, they finally got back to me.
they were on "holiday" for the past five days
they cancelled my subscription for me.
