Question Make an ISO from Laptop using something like Hirens HBCD PE.

This is probably a simple question but I am not the brightest knife in the drawer. I am trying to make a bootable USB from a laptop hard drive for testing. The laptop is heavily protected and has a million group policies and is bit locked, wifi disabled etc. I need to boot into another environment like HBCD PE to make an ISO. I tried Acronis and Macrium but they both make a proprietary image format. I either need to figure out how to convert those or use some other software. Maybe I could install ImgBurn on Hirens?
