Make your TV a Bluetooth Center

I have your everyday old age HDTV. What i would like to do is make it into a bluetooth hub.

What I mean is I'd like to cast anything to the screen
Eg. Spotify
Eg. Youtube
Eg. Netflix

And also have the option of using the TV as an aux device.

Not bluetooth, a STREAMER center.

ROKU with standard HDMI for new-ish TVs, with, surprise! HDMI connectors.
ROKU EXPRESS for older TV with composite input. Typically yellow-red-white jacks.
