Malwarebytes detected non-malware except HItman pro 3.7.9 build 241

HItman pro seemed to detect two threats Elevate.exe and vcodec.exe while malwarebytes premium does not and I am using windows 8.1 and here is the hitmanpro log just in case you need more info

The virus databases between Malwarebytes and Hitman are different.

It's something normal and you shouldn't have to worry

So if my hitman pro detects two malware objects and malwarebytes doesn't should I remove the malware that hitman pro detects?
