Malwarebytes paid version

I got Malwarebytes premium installed on my PC plus Mcafee antivirus. Do I need both of these or is Malwarebytes premium enough

They're both different products. There is a bit of overlap but the Anti Virus won't cover everything the Anti-Maleware covers and vice versa. Keep both.

Malwarebytes Premium is great McAfee is very poor Antivirus.
