No death penalty in Toronto unfortunately.

Naked from the waist down and no sign of sexual assault...sureeeee. What else would he have been doing.
Pretty sad that this is the first recorded one in real life...I'm sure there will be more as we have webcams in our lives everywhere now...

There was actually a TV series in the late-late 90s that had an episode with this premise: Murders occurring live on a web cam and broadcast onto the internet. It was way ahead of its time considering webcams sucked back then and everyone was on dial-up.
