Now you see, this is another case where political correctness has caused life endangering situations.
The man is clearly mentally ill, a loony if you like and should have been under strict supervision at all time, locked up even, or at least given a liquid cosh for pacification purposes.
However, we can no longer call these ‘patients’ mental, they are now suffering from ’learning difficulties’ which completely hides and disguises the fact that the ‘patient’ is a danger to the public.
As there are now no mentally ill people, there is no need for Governments to provide institutions and ‘patients’ are released into the ‘care in the community’ where they are free to express all their wants and desires on an unsuspecting public, sometimes to tragic consequences.
