I dropped the Amp and dented the back right side handle. Now there are no audio. It powered up fine. Can anyone give me an idea, what could have been broken?

The Levinson website has a list of service centers.

Sounds like you damaged the pc board on the back panel. If it is powering up it may be something simple like a cracked pc board or connector. If you send it to a Levinson service center the cost of shipping and repair will be high. I would suggest you call local high end audio shops and see if they have on staff or can recommend an local tech.
