Master nor sharing audio with knobs

My master is not sending Bluetooth signal to the other 3 speakers
I can hear the master but not the rest. There 4 knobs but master does not send any sign to others

You may want to provide some details about the system, has this ever worked. Have you contacted the vendor support or check their support site at least?
