MBP screen on PC?

I have a thing for 1920x1200, but I don't want to pay $2500.

I know it would be ugly, but is it possible?

You will be hard pressed to find any laptops with the 1920x1200 aspect ratio anymore. They do exist, 1080p is just immensely more popular

I want to graft a MBP screen(~$60 online), and install it onto another laptop.
