I bought 3 ipads for my kids for a (late) xmas present. The ebay seller wrote in the description that they had an mdm but it would be fine as long as I don't factory reset. I'm a forgetful person but also not a very trusting one on electronics so I factory reset 1 of them. Now I have to enter the schools credentials in the setup process.
I've looked and found round abouts using 3utools but would like to remove this completely. It states the school district, I was going to try and contact them to see if I can track down an IT person to get this removed from the lock. Is there anything else I can do if I can not get IT to release it?
