Mdmm.exe,winmon.exe?

hello there,i need to know what to do with those files because i had some problems with a few viruses not long ago and i want to know
if its still infected,i keep getting my nod32 poping up mdmm.exe allow or denny,and then winmon.exe,i have them quarantined because it says its a troyan.
located in temp/mdnk60/mdmm.exe,temp/mdnk59/mdmm.exe,+mdnkz02/winmon.exe?
what is this?

Both those files were actually placed on your computer by worms and/or virii! If you can remove them from system, do so please.

ok, im tired of the antiviruses.none of them can find anything.just now im trying the kaspersky.
do you think the file esentutl.exe and TODO <file description> are viruses?u know i searched in different forums,(im really tired of this)
and it says theyre windows files,or viruses.
i dont know what to do i dont want to format it again..
if u know any AV that actually WORK jut let me know.
