Question Irritating pop up

Does anyone know what this popup is - I keep getting 'srvCrt32.exe' in a small box pop up with a small red cross in the top rh corner and when I try to delete it I then get 'dllTemp32.exe'. It disappears and then comes up when it feels like it. I have tried clearing temp files, cookies and did a Chkdsk, SFC and other various checks with no luck.

Thanks, but I have done that with a good up to date program. Nothing found.

it might be something you install or got update

Thanks. Yes in the last week. I did download CC Cleaner recently so I have switched it off and it hasn't appeared yet. So maybe that was the issue - fingers crossed.

I did shut it down temporarily but that thing has popped up again. Maybe it will just disappear one day. I don't want to do anything drastic in case it messes up the registry. That has happened before.
