Isn't the extradition decided by a judge? I thought judges were supposed to be independent/immune to political influence in civilized countries...

And they also don't care about the money laundering, conspiracy, and etc.?? Must be a great place for organized crime bosses. My guess is there will be no US extradition BECAUSE the NZ government is who wants his head. I expect they are owed a huge sum in taxes the guy has never paid.
