I can't send any messages to anyone on web or messenger from my id.how do I solve this problem?

I am assuming you mean through Facebook messenger? If that is the case, then you need to contact facebook to see if there is a problem with their app or with your account.

If you are are talking about the phone's text messaging, then you would need to contact your carrier/service provider about the issue.
