Messed up desktop

I messed up and put 3 operating systems on my acer aspire. And now no acer programs. How do i wipe my second hard drive and get rid of 2 operating systems.

Parted Magic is part of DiskPart and is pretty good at cleaning up after Windows. Are you sure it's a second drive and not a Partition of a single disk?

One is pationed and it has 3 operating systems on it. Sorry i forgot to put that in.

It might be a good time to retrieve your personal files and reinstall but a Windows ISO won't have Acer software on it so you'll have to find an Acer disk somewhere. Frankly though, it's mainly games and unnecessary clutter.

Windows can format the disk and remove or reorganise the Partitions as part of the fresh installation.
