Mic port not working

Hi, i bouth a pair of gaming headphones with a mic and 2 diferent microphones which work on every other pc but not on mine. I enabled the mic in the sound settings but it still doesnt work.

Can someone please help me.

Need to list brands and models of everything, no way to know what you may need or why it's not working without knowing what you are connecting things to and using what.
