Oh my god that girl isn't wearing a shawl how perverse!

See where i'm going with this?

Last time i checked we were born with clothes on everyone has a naked body. big deal.

PS feel free to text me nudes at **********

It's inappropriate. No debate. There could be other ways to interpret it, but that's not the issue. It suggests sexting, even if only a little, and is therefore not appropriate for its intended audience (or any audience realy). It would like trying to justify soft-core child pornagraphy, because it is a milder form, or could be seen as 'artistic' It's simple. Fire the ad agency and pull the commercial.

If I had been doing push-ups religiously for the past month and a bit, which this guy probably has done before the ad, i'd take photos of my chest too.

Did I miss something? It not like one of the girls put the phone under her shirt, that would be sexting. I would NOT call this a great commercial, but there is far worse running on tv anyway.

Aside from the mass of 20+ year old hipsters, nothing wrong with this ad, lol. Unbelievable. The context of the vid makes it seem like good friends doing goofy stuff. You know...like we all do.

[citation][nom]dreamphantom_1977[/nom]It's not nothing I haven't seen people actually do with there phone. I mean, really, they show murders, rape, and, i wouldn't say porn, but I would say pretty damn much pushing the boundaries and all kind of things on regular tv. So what, microsoft made a commercial of some dude taking a picture of his chest. Not like you don't see people walking down the street with there shirts off. So, I think people who are complaining just have nothing better to do. I mean, cmon, it's 2010, not 1940.[/citation]

I'm rather sure by 1940 Clark Gable and other Hollywood leading men were featured shirtless in movies. From the movies I have seen from the 30's and 40's they were getting more liberal with peoples bodies. Then in the late 40's they cracked down on everything. Even further back movies were even more liberal. Given that Ben Hur: A Tale of Christ in 1925 had some topless women.

But the writer's at consumer reports are being far too sensitive. They must pass out watching UFC or Boxing with all the topless men.

I personally don't find anything wrong with sexting. Never done it myself, but if others want to, feel free. No kiddie porn of course.

Lolz! They straight up said they couldn't tell if it was a guy or a girl.

Lol AZN man boob!!!1!!one1

On a serious note, I walk around with no shirt on in public.... sometimes young, attractive women pause to take pictures.

(Okay, the 2nd part is a lie, that I know of, but still.... 2010- not 1910)

Wow....I don't recall my right to take a picture of myself and send it to my wife being revoked or vice versa :). When did that happen? Have I suddenly been transported outside of the U.S.?

If you don't want your kiddies doing stupid Sh$* with phones, then don't give them phones. The same thing applies to guns, cars and all kinds of items a person with questionable maturity should be prevented from owning/operating.

I have three daughters. You can bet money that any phone they get from me, will be without a camera or otherwise disabled.

Simple isn't it?

[citation][nom]jarrodrex[/nom]You obviously missed the furries half way in.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Furry_fandom[/citation]
