Microsofts old phone OS didn't have an app store. I had to install all my apps manually. So my questions is, will i be able to install apps that are not in the app store? Cuz if i can't, this phone is a no go in my book.

I understand that MS sees their phone as a serious business device, and one needs to be careful with what is viewed at the office (NSFW anyone?). So I guess I can see that they don't want to promote things of that nature on their app store. Question is, will they allow you to install third party apps from other sources? If so then, for those who want pR0n on the WP7, they can get it elsewhere. If they don't, then expect jailbreaking of the WP7 within 12 hours of release.

Except there's no "if they dont" as there's no such thing as a 3rd party video player that rates the content of your memory card.
Thus, nothing prevents you from executing files called "Sasha Grey gives guy an oil change".
They dont mind you having porn.
They just dont want to be the person providing it to you.
