Yeah, no AMD laptop would be called an "ultrabook" because that is a term coined by Intel which requires a laptop to have a "u" or "y" model Intel CPU, touchscreen, no optical drive and several other specific requirements.
There are two such laptops sold at Bestbuy; 15.6" HP for $660 and a 14" Toshiba for $600. The HP has a lot of positive reviews while the Toshiba has fewer reviews and most of those are kinda bad.
