Minecraft run on laptop?

I want to get a laptop that can run Minecraft smoothly with a few mods, but my price range is $200-$250. I was looking at the aspire es1-531 (link http/www.acer.com/ac/en/MY/content/model/NX.MZ9SM.002). Any other suggestions?

Can it run base minecraft? Sure. Can it run graphical mods that improve graphics a ton? Absolutely not.
