well kinda if u put like in fast graphics and it may will run smooth, sorry for my bad english, BTW if u want a pc below 600$ then check this one out:

You can't just stick a graphics card into a laptop like you can to a desktop.

You can 'run' minecraft, but the gaming experience won't be great. Not that you can't get a graphically pleasing experience out of Minecraft anyways- but you will have choppy fps.

when i said fast graphics i meant the game settings.
