Hi guys, I have a mint m4w that has blue screen with sad emoticon, did hard reset with buttons, see the gears but still the same

remove any SD card and th sim card as well
try hard reset again

connect it to a pc via USB and try flashing an update/orignial firmware from it´s manufacturer
