Mirroring no Sound

i have a Panasonic viera tv and onkyo home cinema. all works well apart from no sound when mirroring from my smartphone, I get sound through tv speakers but not through the home cinema system.

I wager because your mirroring receiver is attached to the TV (you didn't specify Miracast, AppleTV or other). TVs often DO NOT pass thru audio signals to your Receiver, it wants:

Source Component (like AppleTV) ----> Receiver ----> TV.

and NOT Source Component ---> TV ---> Receiver.

Try the analog connections, but u only get stereo if it works.

So there is no way to get the 5.1 sound out on receiver when mirror my phone to my smart TV. I'm using Plex, but my panasonic Viera don't support that app yet in Firefox OS.? So I have to mirror my screen at the moment?
