Mixbook warning

I just made a 70 page photo book. It is supposed to autosave periodically. I also manually saved periodically. It did not save anything in the second half of the project. 37 pages gone. Customer service was exceedingly poor and clearly did not care. This is not a user error. I finished the book, looked through it several times to edit it, saved it, and then half was gone. Customer service could not explain to me why it happened and they do not have any of the saves to restore it to an earlier point in the project.

Oof, that sounds incredibly frustrating. I’ve heard of similar issues with other online platforms, where autosave or manual save fails unexpectedly. For future projects, you might want to try exporting or saving a local backup periodically if the platform allows it. Otherwise, consider alternative services like Shutterfly or Canva, which may offer more reliable saving options.
