Hi there, I'm looking to buy a laptop Asus Zen AiO
The issue I'm having is I can see multiple different variations in model numbers so what do these model numbers mean?

Different models will have different things, just like any other device. One may have a lit keyboard, another not, another has a higher resolution monitor, etc. You will have to check with the manufacturer to find out which ones have which options.
