Monster Laptop 32GB RAM

My current DELL M6600 is getting long in the tooth and is limited to 16 GB RAM. Running multiple .NET instances, large SQL queries, and compiling video tutorials has slowed my current machine to a crawl. Would love to simply buy two desktops, but configuring both to have the identical code bases (even with GIT) would be a non-starter between uploading test code.

DELL does not appear to offer a laptop with 32 GB RAM. Anyone know if Toshiba, HP or Lenova do? My company won't buy ASUS or ACER for past reliability issues.

Last, it MUST have a backlit keyboard for working at night. Thanks!

Should. I like to shop for laptops at Xoticpc.com, should be able to pick your brand and configuration, usually for a little cheaper. And you can sometimes opt for no OS, cooling upgrades, etc.

The Lenovo W540 has 32GB capability through 4 slots, and it has a backlit keyboard. It's also pretty nice overall, with a 2880/1620 IPS option available.
