Most Pages Won't Load, Things will not download

Hi, I'm having a problem with my laptop that started about a month ago.
It's pretty unusual, but here goes.
I use Google Chrome as my main browser. A thing started where some pages won't load and some will. A couple pages that do load are YouTube, Facebook, etc. (Mainstream Pages) The search results of most things won't load, which is a big problem. That's the first thing I noticed. I've tried using others browsers, but I've run into the same problem.
Also, I use Steam, and the app basically just directs you to websites within the app, so none of that works. For some reason, I also can't download any games or update anything on Steam (I assume for the same reason). This problem has really impacted the use of my computer and I can't really use it as much as I used to. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Have you seen if anything else does it? Like your phone or another computer?

Hello... Typically if your WEB searches are going to the wrong places... then you have "Malware" doing this. B /

1. The OS I am using is Windows 10
2. I'm not sure how to find out my DNS address?
3. Nothing else does it, which makes me assume it's not the wifi.

I've had a similar issue before , the best way to solve it is
Do a scan with a good anti virus, should do in most cases .
If still the problem persists try ADWARE CLEANER
