Question mouse sensor not working but buttons work , what should i do ?

so i got a new mouse from a friend (M6 e-sports mouse) and when i plug it in the sensor doesnt work , buttons work clicking works its just not moving the pointer

Uninstall the mouse's driver from Device Manager (Probably called HID-compliant mouse) and restart your computer.
