I have a Lenovo Ideapad 100S. The mouse went missing and after turning it on & off several times it finally appeared but now it will not move. What do I do?

Hi,

Have you tried enabling/disabling the Touchpad using the function keys?
- Start by pressing fn+F6 at the same time because that enable/disable the Touchpad of your laptop.
- If that will not work, do connect an external USB mouse and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If the external mouse will work, do use that to uninstall/reinstall the Touchpad driver.
- Once the Touchpad driver has been uninstalled, download and install the latest driver from Lenovo's Support site.
- Here's the link: http://support.lenovo.com/ph/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/ideapad-s-series-netbooks/ideapad-s100
- If all these will not work your last resort would be to run a clean install of Windows OS.
