Moved HP labtop Hard drive to Sony Vaio vgn-385e

I moved HP hard drive into my Sony Vaio vgn-N385e and the computer starts up and runs the OS from the HP drive. The computer runs well. The only issue I am having is that my Vaio wireless internet switch does not light up when "on". I am unable to connect to the internet wireless. Any suggestions? I'm thinking the old network information is still in the hard drive.
