Moving music from Amazon to Spotify

I want to move my music library from Amazon music to Spotify.
1-which is the best app to use so you retain all your music
2 - should I do the transfer on my windows 10 laptop on my iPhone 6 S Plus?

What you mean by "move"? Just download your music from Amazon, and upload it to Spotify if it supports that. I suppose using a computer will be much more pleasant than pecking on a phone.
