Mpeg encoder for premiere 6.0

Any suggestions on what mpeg encoder plug-ins for Adobe Premiere are any good. Any free ones out there?

Search here:<A HREF="http://www.doom9.org/" target="_new">http://www.doom9.org/</A> and look for bbmpeg encoder. I used it for ages, before Premiere 6.5 came with it's own (which by the way i'm still not convinced is better quality).
