Mpx200 frozen

I have a motorola mpx200, when you turn it on, all you get is a frozen screen and you can't do anything about it, any ideas please

Sounds like the rom could be corrupted. You can try removing the battery or using the master reset button (it's about the size of a pen tip) to see if that does anything. If not, I recommend getting in touch with your carrier to see if they can help you out or if they want you to send it in.
