msi dominator vs asus rog 751

Need help choosing a laptop. It will be used to play games and live stream to twitch using obs. Here's what I narrowed down to:

MSI GT70 Dominator-895 17.3" i7-4800MQ 32GB 500GB SSD 870M 3GB

ASUS ROG G751JT-CH71 17.3-Inch
Intel Core i7-4710HQ 2.5 GHz
16 GB DDR3
1000 GB 7200 rpm Hard Drive
17.3-Inch Screen, Nvidia GTX970M 3GB GDDR5

Both around 1500 on Amazon. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the input. I really like the msi because it has the ssd and more ram, and better processor. But the one cooling fan scares me. I want this laptop to last me a long time (more than 3 years) so I want to make the right choice. Since the msi has better specs, why should I go with the Asus?

I have owned both G751JZ and GT70 before, I think the ASUS G751 has a pretty good price, the one without SSD but with GTX970M only priced at 1400$, many other gaming laptops at this price range are still using GTX 800M series card.
I just brought the MSI GT72 Dragon edition laptop, it is a new design compare to the GT70, the GT70 has a really loud single fan, The G751 is very quiet with full fan speed.

Yes the Asus has better cooling and graphics card, but the msi has better specs in everything else. Is there any serious reason I should not get the msi over the asus
