Question MSI GL63 vs. Acer Helios 300 (both 144hz)

Greetings, how would these two laptops compare to each other disregarding the price difference? 144hz panel of MSI only says ips-level but heard that it's a good one, maybe an AHVA panel. HDD size, touchpad and speaker quality are also not important for me.

There is also another GL63 with i5-8300h, rtx2060 and 120hz screen for 1150 bucks right now but i guess GPU difference is not worth giving up the i7. I'm also open for similar laptop suggestions in this price range that can be bought from Amazon or Newegg.
