Mtn Network settings

On a android qaulcomm snapdragon tablet. A hard reset was done on device and now cant find network on mtn as the sim is working on a other device

Not sure what you are asking, if the SIM is in another device, it can't be in two places at once. You need a new SIM for the tablet. If it won't sync to your network you would need to contact the service provider to have them provision the device again.
