much needed help

I have a sub woofer with spring clips. My floor model 50" TV has a place on the back that says sub woofer and has RCA plugs. How can I hook this up.

Hi
I take it that your sub does not have power going to it,those spring clips are for connecting to an amplifier speaker output,your TV if it uses RCA does not output enough power to drive the sub directly only enough to drive an amplifier or a powered sub.
So you need an amplifier between TV and sub.
