Hi Forum. Total rookie here, so apologies if missing the netiquette in any way. I want to have Satellite and Terrestrial TV sent to four TVs. I am wondering what is the best approach to mitigate signal loss. A local supplier suggested:
1. 4 LNBs, 1 Aerial. 4x combiners to send to TVs over single coax each, then sat/aerial splitters at TV to output back to 2 cables for receiver.
2. Quad LNB into multi-switch. Again using combiners and splitters to send over 1 coax.
I'm unsure if this is the best approach, will it lead to unacceptable signal loss? I appreciate it depends on the distances required, but would it be better to NOT combine and split the signals, and instead just send over 2 coax cables per TV?
Does anyone have other suggestions for a better approach?
