Music stop and plays

Solution
Sounds like either they are bad files or there is something on the phone that is interfering with the playback. I would try scanning the phone for viruses, malware, etc. and see if anything shows up. This could cause the problem.

If you find nothing, try running the device in "Safe Mode" and see if it happens in there. Granted some things won't work in that mode, you may have to test it with music that came with the device, but if it doesn't happen then, you know there is a software issue. Bad app, virus that was missed, etc. It also could mean that the files you are listening to are actually defective and need replacing.

Lastly, if the files are on a SD card instead of the phone itself, you may want to check the card for errors.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the phone.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
