Music voice sound very low and music background sounds fine.

I have a sony mh750 headphones pair and at first it was working great. I have not used them for like 2 months and now when I plug them the music voice is like very low and distorted, but the music background sounds completely fine. Do you have any idea what is the problem? And yes, I tried them on other phones even on PC and it sounds the same.

Ok so I have a xperia z3 compact and I got the earphones mh750 with it. The problem is that when i plug in the earphones and listen to any music, the voice sounds very low and the music background is totally fine. I tried with other headphones and it worked great, without problem. Is there any way to solve this problem?

If it works fine with other headphones, but not with that one, the problem is the headphones you got. I would suggest exchanging it, it may just be that one. Try testing it at the store. If the problem persists, get a different brand.

I do not know if there is a problem with the headphones or that model is just like that. I just want that someone that maybe had this headphones to respond 😀 so I can know what is wrong with them.
