Question my 3.5mm headset isn't working

my headset isn't working.
my headphones work fine but the microphone it's not being registered and im using cepter x-13 headset

Does the headset use a single 4 pole connection or dual 3 pole connections for mic and headphone connections? Did you make sure the cables are seated properly? Using any type of adapters?

Test it with another system or a phone see if it works anywhere.

Contact support for the headset and get it replaced then.

Sure almost anything can be fixed, the question is how. You'd have to take the thing apart and check all the wiring, maybe need to replace the cable.
