my 32 inch lg led tv no picture only sound after yesterdays heavy thunder and lightning can it be fixed

Given the size of the TV it would be very likely less expensive to replace it than tor repair.

leds don't have picture tubes they are not CRTs. Your screen display went out either cause you blew a cap on your inverter board or if the inverter board is built in to the powerboard like alot are nowadays. Then you blew a diod.. trace it out on the board or buy a new power / inverter board.
