My acer aspire one notebook freezes on startup and I cannot use it

I have an Acer Aspire one notebook and everytime I turn it on it freezes when it is loading and I cannot use it. Even when I press Ctr Alt Delete.

Have you tried starting it in safe mode? When you power it on press f8 repeatedly every second and see if that works out for you. We can go from there.

what were you doing last before this problem started happening.?
downloading, was it running hot, make any system changes or Windows updates.?
